Honestly I am not impressed sadly. The pictures look like a laminated photo book I used to do in elementary school. I figured fot 40$ I'd have something that looks like an actual book. Not to mention several of the photos are scratched right down the center which gives off more of the laminated feel.

The pricing for the number of pages is misleading, and customer service was shockingly robotic. I used to get something for every holiday from this company, but I can’t bring myself to now :( I really loved these books too.

The template is easy to use and the final product is very cute. I was able to make two books very quickly for less money than other site’s board books. Shiny pages and nice quality. Not sure how it will hold up under toddler abuse, but time will tell. Go ahead and give it a try for a fun book for someone you love.
